Enameled aluminum wire composed of an aluminum conductor and an insulating layer. The aluminium rods are repeatedly drawn and annealed to soften them, and then go through multiple cycles of coating and baking, and other key processes, to eventually produce enameled aluminium wires.
The 180-class enameled wire features excellent thermal shock resistance, a high softening breakdown temperature, outstanding mechanical strength, solvent resistance, and freezing resistance.
It is widely used in household motors such as fan motors, general industrial fans, water pump motors, transformers, ballasts and reactors.
